2. Custom-Made Orders
All orders are fully customized according to client requirements, including dimensions, material, finish, packaging, and logo if applicable. As such, clients are responsible for verifying all technical and design details before confirming the order.
3. Pricing & Quotations
Prices are quoted based on quantity, material specifications, customization needs, and agreed Incoterms. Quoted prices are valid for a limited time unless otherwise agreed. Pricing does not include duties, taxes, or destination charges unless specifically stated.
4. Order Confirmation
A written purchase order or signed proforma invoice, along with the agreed deposit payment, constitutes an official order. Once the order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Xiamen Worldwide Industry Co., Ltd., unless otherwise credited. No part may be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
