1. Shipping Terms
All products are shipped under internationally recognized Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) based on client agreement. We typically arrange Full Container Load (FCL) or Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments through long-term logistics partners. Shipping costs are not included in product pricing unless clearly stated.
2. Delivery Lead Time
Standard lead time is 30–40 working days after order confirmation and deposit. Customization complexity and quantity may affect this timeline. We will provide an estimated shipment schedule upon order acceptance.
3. Import Responsibility
Clients are responsible for customs clearance, local taxes, and import regulations in the destination country. We can provide documentation support such as invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
4. Quality Control & Inspection
Each order undergoes strict internal quality control before shipment. We also support third-party inspection upon request (client-arranged or via SGS/BV/Intertek, etc.).
5. Refund Policy
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Clients must confirm all order details, materials, and specifications before production. Any issues arising from incorrect specifications provided by the client will not qualify for compensation.
6. Damage or Loss During Transit
While we ensure safe packaging and trusted shipping agents, we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit under FOB or EXW terms. Clients are encouraged to purchase insurance or choose CIF for added protection.
